The new Renault Duster comes with a few cosmetic upgrades targeted at the buyers of the growing crossover segment. Some of the additions include the front which now has a dual-tone chrome grille, unlike the Dacia version. The new headlamps with double-optic units & DRLs, roof-rails, chromed exhaust, new scuff plate & revised tail lamp are all fascinating new improvements for potential buyers. Duster logos are placed on the roof rails which also have 16-inch alloys with a 'Dark Metal' shade. There is & a new body colour, Comete Grey & the exhaust now comes with a chrome tip.

Renault Duster was launched in July 2012. Renault has finally introduced Renault Duster Facelift, which was first unveiled at the Frankfurt Motor Show 2013, at the 2014 Indian Auto Expo. This vehicle was developed & designed by Renault's Romanian subsidiary, Dacia, & was received well in India on its launch.
Interiors of the new Renault Duster facelift is same as the current vehicle but device, chair upholstery options & power window switches are all different. It now has a fire extinguisher, security method & snow chains, though the cars in the Indian market will only have the fire extinguisher. The rear seats & boot area will most likely stay unchanged. Renault currently offers a navigation pack with the Duster & it is expected t that this will become a standard feature on the RXZ diesel variant.
When it comes to the engines, it's the same engine configuration - a one.5-litre diesel & a one.6-litre petrol. The diesel powertrain offers power outputs - 84 bhp, 240 Nm of top torque & 110 bhp, 240 Nm of torque. The petrol mill of the vehicle churns out a maximum power output of 102 bhp & 145 Nm of top torque.

The lower spec diesel unit & petrol motor are combined together to a 5-speed manual transmission, while the 110 bhp diesel mill has been coupled to a six-speed manual gearbox. Some other additional features that are embedded in to the new Duster Facelift include the cruise control, speed limiter & rear parking assist. It also features the Electronic Stability Control & standard dual front airbags.
Renault's new weapon is the one.2-litre TCe petrol engine that produces 123.3 bhp & 204 Nm of torque. A six-speed manual takes care of the power that is being transmitted to the front wheels or all wheels & in the case of the latter, a four-wheel-drive method.
